This place is not definitely worth for money and poor maintenance,worst washrooms and broken toilet seats.

1) Room was good. 2) Amenities was not good 3) hygiene was not a factor of service 4) restaurant opens too late for early risers

Very worst room service..Room Ac not working while reporting this issue to reception..The receptionist ask one person to go and check but that guy is not even moved from his sitting place and showing some worst attitude then the receptionist ask us to go to room he will send for Ac service but time has gone we wait for 15mins room is getting hot then we went to reception to look at it still that service guy is sitting in that place too..Then we have asked to change room...Bathroom toilet is not cleaned well in that room too..Very worst experience for that big price paid

I planned to stay for a day for a business trip. The bed and the room were comfortable but the bathroom was not clean at all. On top of this in the toiletries only a small soap and towel were provided. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste or even a basic comb. If the price had been lower, it would have been worth the stay You can get better hotels for the same price in the nearby vicinity.

Everything was fine, after discussion with receptionist - extra bed, complimentary break fast etc. Proactive actions by the receptionist would make this excellent experiance

Excellent service good ac cooling and a very clean place and excellent breakfast and overall excellent.

Very bad experience than never before as no proper service, no amenities like kettle, bath towel, room service, laundry etc. Were provided and even the room lock was not proper and not addressed until we checkout. Food was not up to the mark.

The stay was good, but they need to improve the house keeping service, like the utensils that they use are old and not clean, and the taps, flush, soap stand are not in a good condition

This management not customer friendly, if they have options to solve the problem also they mean for money only, i never ever recommend this hotel to any one, cheep behavior they shown to me. Very bad experience learned from this people.

Very worst and not clean properly. Bed also not clean. Hotel property is very poor. Pols come and check then booking.

Room was clean and good, front office executive received allot with politely, morning breakfast was very tasty and quality and serving was good overall i satisfied with the hotel

Absolutely pathetic hospitality terrible breakfast standard facilities such as soaps, brushes, kettle, coffee sachets, etc etc have to be asked for torn blankets/decade old linen only 1 complimentary water bottle

The room was well maintained and the checkin process was very smooth. Overall a very good experience to start my vacation with this hotel as the first stop over.
