Rooms were clean and neat. AC was not working. The moment we informed they have changed our room. We had a pleasant stay. Food was good. Staff behaviour was so good.

I had a wonderful stay! The property was clean and well-maintained, with a convenient location close to key spots. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, and the facilities were very comfortable and modern. The staff were polite and attentive, making the whole experience pleasant and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend this place to others and look forward to visiting again!

Property is worth it for 3.2K not for 5K. Apart from that limited food items. The extra bed is very bad. I slept on the floor.

Food and location was good. Facilities like towel,tea cup,bedding and chairs are not good.

shower not working properly & Dental kit poor quality, towel also very poor.

We had very worst experience wth Moskva hotel- madurai.. Parking too difficult.. Our car gt scratched.. Rooms were too worst.. Too small fr 3 Adults in rooms.. Bedspreads,,Towels were very dirty.. Washrooms were too untidy wth pungent smell. Buckets and mugs in washrooms were too worst that we were unable to even touch it.. Rooms didn't have positive atmosphere. Coffee and tea were like road sde taste.. So we didn't hv tea r coffee in room.

We have stayed 2 days along with my 2 collegues for official purpose. During check out time the total amount shown in the bill provided by the hotel is not matching with the amount we have paid through make my trip at the time of booking. There is a mis match of Rs 900/- . The finla bill showing Rs 900/- less than the actual amount paid through MMT. In other hotels even if booked through MMT the bill amount is always equal to the paid amount through MMT. Even after repeated request the person was not agreed to change the bill.

First of all the hotel representatives are not friendly. We had booked 3 separate rooms. We had to leave early in the morning by 6am. We requested for preparing the invoic and concerned bills the evening before. However, neither they prepared the bill, they kept it hanging till the morning. Also there was a mismatch in the invoice provided by the Hotel representative and the amount charged by Make my Trip. The amount charged by MMT is higher and is not reflecting in the invoice by the hotel. Accordingly, there will be a loss incurred on our part of close to Rs 1100 while settling the bill in our office. It was an official trip by 3 of us from ISRO. The adamant representative was very casual regarding our concern and never listened to what we wanted to stay. We want our invoice to match with what we have paid to MMT. Please address the issue.

The location is very closer to the Central Bus Station. Good value for money. Better not to expect a luxury stay. For a brief stay, fine.

Cleanliness wise it was good but the staff in reception could be more professional interms of offering to to take the luggage to room and all. While checkout the staff there offered to help with luggage that means they have the service available.

Very nice stay, humble staff, good food. Overall a pleasant experience in the hotel!

not at all senior citizen friendly. requested a plastic chair to have bath as I have foot injury did not give. Also when we have a booking for 2 persons water towel and toiletries were there for one person.

Chairs not clean,cot not proper fitting,Bed sheet not clean and tore and not giving carpet for extra bed

Breakfast was good, apart from that rest all was horrible like towels not in good condition, bed lenin was not maintained well and most importantly there was no ventilation in the wash room... Hotel needs to take extra effort to maintain the property in good condition

Room was okay, but the service is too bad. Beware!, there is good chance that you may be allotted twin-bed room instead of king size master bed. Phone buttons were not working, did not correct or replace even after raising complaint. No response from the receptionist even after multiple calls in the early morning.

The cost didn't match the inadequate arrangements. For four people, we received only two single beds plus an uncomfortable extra bed, making our stay highly disappointing. Arrangement was poor

Breakfast was very tasty. Room found to be clean except wash room. Health faucet was not OK. Water outlet was found to be open ,instead of having outlet filter fitted with hose.During shower, waste water flow was not smooth. Checkin/ checkout was hassle free.

The room is not that clean. Also the bathrooms were in terrible shape. Towels were really really bad. The shower positioning was good but the bathrooms were not well maintained. No locker was available. Morning breakfast was ok and didn’t had no optional non-veg. I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids. But they charged me for additional bed inspite of me showing the reservation. I gave average rating as there was no “less than average” rating.

It seems that the person who made the hotel did put in lot of efforts and then forgot the property or did not get the right person to run the same. No proper management or upkeep. Also the staff not good.

Dont get carried away by reviews and price. Seems to be run by a un professional team. I was travelling with family and booked it in advance. They stopped picking up call, as they got offline booking. Denied checkin, gave different reasons to me and MMT team. Better to spend 1-2k extra and go into a place that won’t spoil your holiday.
