Property positive points - location, value for money, good size room. Property could do better: with soft bath towels, hand towels.

Buffet Food doesnt get replaced on time, Most of the foods were empty for more than 2 hours & never got refilled & we all were waiting, almost 20 pple.

Housekeeping items are not available, even coffee pack, shaving razor etc., Even after asking many times they dont give. Water bottle only 2 small bottles per day, that too they dont give until we ask repeatedly.

Rooms are well maintained. Good place to stay.Need more space car parking area. Wash rooms are goos

no cleaning of the room is done, fan is noisy, soaps and brush not available, no quality of breakfast

Bad experience .............

The property's location is nice, just behind GH. Luckily, there's a nice, simple restaurant Hotel Gauri Krishna, right next door, that serves some delectable Tamil/South Indian fare. Breakfast at Vijayarani was average, they seemed under-staffed and hence, service was a challenge. Disappointing: - The hotel did not clean the room, even though we were out the whole day. Their response was they would have done it had they been told to clean the room. So in case anyone stays there, please remember to remind them about this requirement. - Strange enough, the reception refused to give an invoice/receipt saying they do not provide this for bookings . While I tried to reason out that this was not the case with other hotels, it was a mere expense of time, and I had a train to catch.

Had a pleasant stay right in the heart of the city. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Only wish they provided basic bathing items for every occupant.

Stayed for two nights on a premium double room, its rooms are clean and well equipped and it's a good to stay for family and excellent location too.

Property is in heart of the city. The rooms are good. Complimentary Breakfast is good. Good staffs.

We could get the rooms in MMT lower than direct call with the only condition of 12 check in and 11 check out. however. we were fine and went ahead with MMT though (direct call has benefit of 24 hours check-in/out. Rooms are decent. However, service and facilities are average. Unless we ask the front desk, rooms aren't cleaned even though we turn on the clean request switch. Resturant is OK. Location is really good in wider roads City area. for the 2nd day, tea/coffee bags werent provided or the staff forgot to fill them. Lot of improvement is needed in terms of quality

Nice relatively new hotel. Hence clean rooms and washrooms. Not professionally managed but the intended to keep customers happy is very evident in every staff members. Breakfast speed and taste was good.
