rooms were very dirty, having pests, mosquitoes insects on bed and pillow. very dirty at wash rooms.

Room was below average. Not clean. Walls had a lot of cracks and room full of mosquitos. Bathroom was shitty. No locks on the outside for bathroom doors. AC was malfunctioning and thankfully they replaced the room. I would definitely not go here second time.

Location wise it is very good and heart of the city with all the commute and shops and restaurants very accessible. But maintenance wise it is horrible. 1) the elevator is stinking very very horrible. We have to doubt the co-traveler for the bad smell and they doubt on us making both embarrassing. 2) the temp room which we god, the screen of the window was torn and no one was there to fix it. 3) no hot water available though the room size was very much big. Few good things were, the staffs(receptionist guy, only few not all) were very good and supportive. Room size is very much big and spacious. Totally it was a bad experience only we faced. We asked for extension but they had mixed opinion and asked to do for more price so we had to vacate and book another and go.

In the past i stayed here it was a pleasant experience, this too taking ownership, further entertain here myself.

I don’t write reviews but need to write this. The front desk staff were nice and helpful but this hotel is in bad shape. It’s dirty and not pleasant. Walls to floor to bathroom- needs some serious clean up. Until it’s done, do not stay there.

Stay away from this hotel. Totally not worth the price. The room was stinking and the comforters and towels were dirty. The walls were all stained. Bathroom was poorly lit and the bidet was broken. Even the mug was broken. The window screen was strained. Nothing in this hotel is worth the price. Their reception desk was fancy and that's all. But the front desk staff was polite and acknowledged our concerns and took the feedback. Hopefully they fix this.

Worst hotel in trichy, all rooms are very bad condition, rude behaviour, never book this hotel

Not available food. Because not opening a restaurant in covid. 19. Staff behave was always good. Room is cleaning and safe. Room service very good.

Good stay with bachelor, no restaurant but lot of restaurants near by. Value for money and very near to bus stand.

Good. But i was able to check in, late. So waited for room allotment. But i was asked to check out correctly at 12

These guys don't understand hospitality. 1000 plus taxes is not worth paying for the double room. They arrange breakfast from outside and deliver. This is pathetic. I had been to this city for one day to attend a funeral hence didn't worry too much about the cleanliness or service of the hotel but wanted to give a feedback nonetheless. The drainage is right next to the hotel. Couldn't open the window even for a second. Pols try for better hotels.

Cockroaches found in the bed and in the rest room. For bathing hot water was not available. After several calls given hot water in a bucket with mud.

The hotel is near the bus stand which is the best part. Lots of hotels, restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. The room was quite big and clean. The tariff is less compared to other hotels and is value for money. A good place for a night's stay. Not for a leisure trip.
There were temperature checks and hand sanitizers in the lobby. There were very few people so social distancing wasn't a problem.

Budget hotel in prime location with access to hotels and all amenities.

Available in prime location, spacious room and with ample car parking area. Bathrooms and living area could have been better for the quoted prices. Nevertheless, the room was clean and ok for short trips.
