Rooms are large but old. Bathroom is not maintained, washbasin filter was torned out. Food was ok, service was very bad. Seems the staff is not trained. Basic courtesy was missing. The service staff doesn't recognise tomato soup vs mashroom soup even after seeing it. Good part is there is car parking

Poor Stay
This hotel suffers from too much of traffic noise. In our room fan did not work properly. Entry and exit is a issue and also you may not get parking space for your vehicle. On positive side, this hotel is close to Srirangam temple around 3 kms away. It close to rock fort as well.

Excellent Stay
It was an excellent trip. The booking via MMT was smooth and I got good discount. The front desk staff, housekeeping and in-room dining service was fabulous. The ambience was soothing. The Ranganatha Swamy Temple and the Rockfort temple were nearby only. Overall it was satisfactory.

AC was hardly working. Service was also poor. House keeping not good. Rooftop restaurant was good

Not worth for money. I payed 3.5k but actually rate should be 1.5k. Too costly. Not maintaining properly

Overnight Stay
The approach road was a little cumbersome. The rest about this Hotel is good. The food, I had breakfast, which was complimentary, lunch and dinner (room service), was tasty. Though not very spacious, the parking facility was good enough. People were courteous and helpful. My wife and I stayed for a night. We chose this place due to its proximity to the Rock Fort Temple. The overall experience was good.

Discourteous and unprofessional behaviour
After my booking i realised that my flight has been brought forward to15th night instead 16th morning. I informed the reception of this change while checking in and requested that instead of breakfast can i have evening tiffin. . The reception lady said that she would check with the manager and revert. Unfortunately she did not do so. Upon checking out, i asked the same question but i was given a silent treatment. The manager was present this time. I left and told myself that i will never come back to this hotel

Good Stay
The room was spacious and clean. They serve liquor in the room and I believe smoking is allowed. So there is always a smokey smell in the room. But it's bearable. Also one down side is there is a lot of cockroach in the room. This hotel needs a thorough pest control. The hotel is centrally located with good parking space. The roof top restaurant is good with a decent spread of food.

The property is excellent, comfortable and centrally located. The complimentary breakfast is tasty and sumptuous with many varieties. Housekeeping is excellent and room service is very prompt. overall the stay was exciting and memorable.

Average overall but before so much good but now average. Location good, food also good, service breakfast time slow a bit and amenities ok ok.

Average Stay
This is second time i stayed in hotel rock fort view, it was good 5 years back. Now good became to average. Restaurant not good, smoke smell all around. They have given additional hours for check out, it was free of cost.

Exorbitant pricing of food for the facilities provided no running hot water, was very very warm, in spite of complaining several times were told that's the max possible room service, staff was helpful l overall an average stay need to go by private or public transport every time due to hotel location( which is below a fly over)
