Very cooperative Staff, very Humble

Room is not good and they are not providing minimum requirements, beds are also not good.

Very good location near palpannai. Cleanliness can be better dusty mirrors, tea tables, etc Repair broken Switches

I have booked room no 204, double bed cot sound happens,tv remot not working

The location is easily accessible, but the rooms was very dirty, no hot water facilities. And no food available at the facility..

Initially gave a room which was very dirty, even cigarette ashes are not cleaned. After checking with reception changed to another room which too is very dirty. Don't know if the bedspreads are being changed or washed. It's a terrible hotel but due to our situation we had to continue stay there

Very poor quality stay, the sheets were not clean. The blankets were very thin. We were given the assurance of storage closet, 24 hr room service, WiFi but all in vain. The owner refused to even provide soap or even tea coffee forget other room services. The bathroom tap was running throughout the night. The room fan had only one speed in very high

Avg stay. No hot water, no proper drinking water and car parking also very limited and not worth for the price.

While on the way from kollam to chennai, stayed there to get some rest in the night, next day morning started by 5am, no got water, no dustbin, room and bathroom was not at clean, it was ok ok experience

No dental kit provided, no towel provided, bed was making lot of noise and no hot water facilities also, the hotel was full empty they asked me to book prior as i was arriving next day morning

Food not available at hotel. But good restaurants are available nearby. Area is neat. Ground floor sliding windows has no grills and not locking, ac not working so room changed. No lift facilities. Old people have to climb stairs. Manager and workers are cordial and respond quickly.

We reached hotel around 11 am. Not allowed to check in since check in time is 14 hrs. This is surprise to me. Usually it is 12 hrs. Anyhow i accepted and willing to wait in lobby. Front desk man was arrogant and not even allowed to sit there. This is not acceptable.

Rooms are not good, took 2800 rupees for single deluxe room no hot water and no proper maintaince of room, they are not giving towels, no bedsheets, no soaps and finally the room is terrible. Please don't prefer comfort inn

The bathroom is very small. Not suitable for easy going. Bathroom latch not working. The lights were not working properly. There is no towel and soap for guest. In fact we booked for 3 people but due to health one person dropped. Even for 2 that room is small, not sure how it would have accommodated 3 people. Overall the hotel is not recommended

Price was nominal and stay was casual. Walkable distance to Trichy-Madras Highway. Disadvantage being no shops or hotels nearby and not an issue if you have vehicle. All rooms are in second floor with No lift facility but it is like daily workout activity. Rooms are calm, simple and manageable. On the whole, good for short stay • 👍🏻

Basically com and cool in terrace such a fabastatic place💯room also comfortable all facility available in this place

It was a nice place and the staffs were really nice. Overall for the money we paid it was a decent accommodation. Sone
