1. Over priced for the type of room provided 2. No desk 3. No coffee maker or kettle and condiments like sugar, coffee sachets etc 4. No iron box for ironing. 5. Charged extra for 2 hr early check-in though the room was readily available.

Cmfortable Stay
Whenever I visit Tiruchirappalli I used to stay in Ranas Residency only. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Rate also affordable.

Ranas residency is good and located near by St. Mary's church, contonment.
Good and reasonable price, I don't feel any discomfort here. A bucket of water is wasted to obtain warm water.

The property is very neat and clean, receptionist is very friendly.. accessible to bus stand , budget friendly, this is the 5th time I’m visiting.. would like to continue the same.

Property location is very good access. Staff behaviour was good & polite. Though I didn't tasted in restaurant, very tasty & traditional restaurants of Trichy city are available near this property.

The checkin was smooth. The room was very small with no window. The AC was malfunctioning. Not a great experience.

whenever I go to Trichy choose only ranas hotel. safe and friendly staffs , easily access transport stations, neatly maintenance. Rooms were clean and good ambience.. just one thing which is put one kettle and tea bags it will be fine..

Poor Stay
Full of smoking smells. Not recommended for family with kids. No food facilities. Poor parking facilities. They doesn't allowed to park infront of the hotel.

Dear George, thank you for taking your time to review us, we are sorry that you experienced smoke smell in your room and we were short of your expectation, should you have alerted us we would have assisted you by changing you to a different room, with regards to the parking at the front of the hotel, it is not safe to park outside as it may get exposed to some scratches without our knowledge, we do have sufficient parking at our basement where it is safe to park, thank you for staying with us and we look forward to serve you better should you give us another chance.
Good Stay
Location not so good. No restaurants available near the hotel. But rooms are clean, very spacious and staff helpful. At 5 am in the morning the taxi took just 10 minutes to reach the AP. Peak time May be more. Uber available in the area.

Rooms are well cleaned and good condition, privacy is the small issue because if we talk inside the room outside people can easily hear our conversation, except that stafs and amenities are food cab cab be easily assesible
