Stay was good. Bathroom facilities were not upto the mark. Dangling flushing button was a serious matter of concern.

Great location. Near the south entrance of Srirangam Temple. Breakfast buffet was included and was good quality South Indian fare. Service at restaurant was a bit slow but then the location and quality of food made up for it. Bathrooms could use some better fittings. Otherwise good stay and given location, would stay again.

Not worth the amount charged. There was nothing executive about the room. Fixtures are broken. Everything which should normally be provided had to be asked. Front office not courteous. Only location is ok if you want to make a temple visit

Rooms are very small and the service is not great. The only advantage is that it is close to the main temple in Sri rangam. poor value for money

.:location of the hotel is very good..just 100 mts from Rajagopuram..very near to Temple and Srirangam Railway station..Inhouse restaurant is serving good food..Hotel is just average for the price and amenities would have been better ..Ac is leaking water and washroom flush is not working properly..Elecrtric kettle is there but usless..Wifi also there providing with some piece of paper which contains username and password which we could not connect....

Facilities are not up to the mark, seems bit arrogant in reception, I told will arrive by six but able to reach by 5, room was not ready yet, we need to wait, toilet was not cleaned properly, food was good.

Very very sorry to inform you that the hotel is not good the behaviour of the persons was very bad and the toilet don’t have the seat cover I told the concerned person to change the room but he didn’t changed the the room and the service was very bad I have the photos but you don’t have any option to add photos Very bad service and toilet don’t have seat cover and behaviour of the staff in charge was very bad

The stay was ok. The bathroom was not clean with spots on the floor. The room scent was a little too strong. The attached restaurant offered very good food though. Location wise this is the best as it is 5 mins walk from the Sri Ranganathaswamy temple South Gate.

Bad room service and water not good (yellowish is color) stayed with my family for 2 days and we are not satisfied.

Very comfortable hotel in the locality. However the flush and hand shower needs a quick replacement. It's terrible to use .

Excellent stay, food is really good except that the restaurant was a bit crowded during lunch hours. Close proximity to the Srirangam temple makes it an ideal staycation with family, especially elders.

Pathetic front office management and restaurant. The management is a sham for the hospitality industry. They have this arrangement with the restaurant which is in the same building for room service but can't provide a unified settling of bills. These idiots ended up disturbing via phone and a knock on the door late evening after we went to sleep. This was after they agreed to settle the bill when we check out (someone agrees and someone disagrees which went on for some time). They did this for 40 rupees even after spending more than 3k a night in their executive room ( which was anyway run down a bit). Can't understand why people rave and provide high rating. Location is the only advantage. Even if you have to stay never step into their restaurant even if breakfast is included. There are better small cafes who serve with a hospitable atmosphere. Even after writing this review the manager calls and forces his point of view that it is just 40 rupees and why can't you pay it. it's not about just 40 but what is a hospitable practice.
