The property is perfect and so was the location for us. The restaurant had good food but did not have a good spread at all times. I would guess since it is new, and is possibly not attracting a good crowd so is the case. While the staff was very courteous, we had some issues with service. It appeared we had had to tell them again and again for two days to fix some small issues. I would not say this is a blemish but i guess something that will be taken in consideration for better service. Otherwise, great experience.

All are average. There is no iron box.

I checked in on Monday night around 10:30pm and I booked for buffet. Room is good bathroom was terrible water leakage next day there is no buffet we need to order food as per the menu and it’s not good for family the problem with the management they will forcibly tell you to move out of room if it’s 12oclk and start harassing on the phone better try to stay with on the city there are good hotel available with 24hrs check in check out. So please avoid this hotel

Good ..Not the Best. And Not Bad

staff was not supportive.they don't like booking in online they are troubling after checkout by calling .they are telling after check out 6 hours later room is smelling have you done anything like that speaking rudely.and also floor is having nor cleaned have you splitted pan ? like that he is asking.only for taking revenge on us since after asking price from him we booked in make my trick.that he don't like so ,really very bad hotel.staff is not supportive

There is no proper entry into to the property, there is no any security or the bell boy to take the luggage, room cleaning is done once in 3 days for this clearly they have put a big board at the reception… if the hotel is full then parking is not sufficient. Except breakfast food is average and it’s expensive compared to the hotel and it’s tariff, the food is not value for money, room service rates are 30% higher than the restaurant prices,, they never served fruits at breakfast, dip tea only at the breakfast. Whatever the picture of the building that has been shown at MMT is the backside of the hotel not the entrance with very small area of parking. In case for any reason if you delay the checkout even for an hour you must pay half day charges, it’s written on the board and I wanted to delay for an hour, because of which I had to extend my stay for an another day.

The service and staff behavior were disappointing and very average. and there was a noticeable lack of hospitality.

PROS: The room & washroom was Clean Food was good (Lunch & Dinner) Complimentary Breakfast was decent. Ample Parking space Airport is nearby CONS: Location - Outer from City centre you won't find any restaurant/shops nearby Not flexible & Corporate friendly, for instance my colleague came in the morning to pick me and we had an online meeting for 30 mins but the hotelier denied that visitor couldn't enter the room, finally for the 30 mins we sat in the Hotel lobby for the meeting with full sweating due to weather & non AC. I requested for 30 mins grace time for checkout - Hotelier denied I stayed for 2 nights, I requested for house keeping after completing 1 night - Hotelier denied They will close the Hotel's maingate post 10:30 PM post that you can't go for a walk. Hotel'a rules are very tight - I couldn't enjoy the hospitality felt like a prisoner. Pricing is also higher, I paid ₹3400 + GST per day for Single Occupancy.

Not much good experience okay experience

I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel even to my enemy.The hotel and the rooms are clean, but the staff who manage the hotel are not polite. They only talk to the guests unnecessarily. I have been using Make My Trip for the past 4 years and I have never seen a hotel with such bad staff.

Location, near airport with in budget and food. I didn't availe room service comment on this

I travelled with my wife and i asked the front office guy want to see the room he said only one should go and see and very rude no good service

One of the best places to stay in Trichy. The staff is courteous, the rooms clean and they have an amazing restaurant. Please consider this as your stay for the city.
