OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS NO VALUE FOR MONEY
Location is ok,food reasonably good,amneties in poor shape...bed linen are dirty with stains, walls are stained, no hot water at tap...services are not good ...staff initially told drain somewater and hot water will come...after draining for 15 minutes no hot water coming...then they said some tap is broken...after two hours they said they are calling technician....no alternate arrangement for hot water made....even in the evening no hot water was available

Rooms are good and maintained well. Only draw back is front desk person is not much friendly and restaurant is charging more than mrp and gst on top that.

Good Stay
Location was good. Rooms were okay. Thought a bit run down. Access to the entrance was clogged with a lot of haphazard parking outside gate. Parking was in the open n hence was uncomfortable get onto the car after parking in the day with direct sunlight heating up the car. Room service even for an early morning coffee available only after 0630 and no coffee tea provision in room.

The rooms were average for the pricing. Tv were in bad condition and even the landlines weren’t working properly. Reception staffs were very rude and not at all friendly. Restaurant food was decent.

Average hotel, old property at a prime location
familyPrime location, we went there on a busy day. Rooms are stinking on the top (4th) floor. No towels, toiletries were there. Requested them to provide all and got the same after several request. For extra bed they collected money in cash for which they had not provided any receipts. Not much to say
