Worst experience. please never book this hotel. Dirty room, no water and dirty bed sheets.

Nice location and good stay, located on mall road very good room and service. Everything is near to hotel staff is very co-operative. Very peaceful and pollution free zone is the main advantage.

The location is undoubtedly among the best in the city but room qualities and amenities is not up to the mark. Rooms are not extremely clean specifically the washrooms are damp and patchy. That's why it's not at all a pleasant stay.

It was very nice stay there, rooms are good, but very small, ventilation is a biggest problem there, some time water availability in rooms is a biggest problem, food is very good and good quantity, value for money.

It is located on the mall road and its very easy to reach there. Rooms are not good. Reception is located inside the bar as the hotel has been divided between the brothers. Room are not in very good condition overall it is not a good experience staying over there

Location of the hotel is very good and service is also very good but the room is quite small rest everything is good. The hotel staff is friendly good to stay. The hotel is on the mall road which is a very plus point.

Excellent location very near to ridge. Good and helpful hotel staff. Overall very good service at very affordable price. Other plus point is opposite to Lift so we can reach easily after parking our vehicle. KFC, pizza hut are also very near to Hotel.

Good service at low cost. You save money here and get decent stay at Shimla and use that money to explore more and more in Shimla. Must try if you wany to live in a decent place and want to visit more and more places.

Good hotel Room was good for couple Location is so nice near mall road Provide all facilities which deal Good hotel at good budget So please enjoy your good time in Shimla at this hotel But no parking facilities at hotel and most important hotel near as lift to mall road

Location is awesome but service close very early like dinner end at 9:45pm only. But overall room is clean but charges is very high just for location is not worth for money. Nice stay with pleasant environment

The location of the hotel is very good but rest all are pathetic. Not at all recommended for family. Due to internal partition the same building is having two hotel and this review is for Samrat SS. The main responsibility goes to the owner & tour operator for this pathetic experience of mine. The hotel boys are struggling to give proper service but since they are from restaurant hopefully they don't know what and how to give hotel service. Best of luck to them

Bad room. Congested room. Bad service. No water supply. Bucket water is used. Not recommended for stay. Please do not stay here. I repeat do not stay here. It is just a waste of money. Staff behavious is not good. They are careless about your stay.

Hotel samrat is in very good location. Neat and clean rooms and tasty food with fast service. There is water problems in summer and manager Mr. Pawan is very good person because his managing is so fantastic. Behavior is good and always talk with smile.

Don't even think of this hotel as a option, it does not have even water in washrooms. Staff attitude is very bad now service orientation, only plus is it's good location at Mall road but otherwise the hotel is worst.

Good experience staying in the hotel very close to mall road, good staff good food. Pleasant staff good accommodation, clean room and wash room. Very good staff very helpful and good management. Overall a very good stay.

The receptionist was warm and other hotel staff was also warm and friendly. Room was small but clean. Bathroom and blanket were clean and doesn't smells bad ( 1 of my main concern while selecting hotel). Food was good if you eat in restaurant near reception .. Room service is not that good, better eat downstairs.

There is water issue. Not clean. Only location is good. MMT is charging more than what Hotel price is. I paid 8. 5 k for this horrible room. I booked it for the 3 of us (me and parents) I had to move my parents to another Hotel as this room was awful. Stayed alone. Total waste of money. 1800 is the price if you check in at the Hotel.

The rooms were clean, staff was very good, and the location of this hotel is very nice, very good facilities, nice and clean toilets, clean beds, nice AC, the restaurant, food was very nice, and the room service was also really fast. This is the best hotel near the tourism lift.

These hotels located on mall road is a perfect hotel to have a stay at Shimla and offers a great view of the Shimla market. Hospitality was excellent and breakfast was awesome. I would recommend these hotel to everyone

Everything was good about this hotel. Location is good and near to market, but not suitable for elder people. Service was good and fast. The hotel was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the stay completely and would definitely recommend this to friends and family.
