Hotel had all the facilities they mentioned. It had 24x7 electricity, room was equipped with heater and had warm water 24x7.

Arrogant staff, foul smell in rooms

Not pick the phone, very poor.

Bit over priced. But ok. It is very near to bus stop.

Average hotel with neat and clean rooms. If once you checked out, they will not even allow to use their washrooms. WiFi connectivity and speed is not good.

I felt I was in foreign country as facilities are like that.

The stay was like home and the facilities like cleanliness and ventilation was good.

I stayed at the hotel for three days and will most probably choose to do so again the next time I'm in Jammu. The Hotel is located bang in the middle of old Jammu next to the bus stand. The location is noisy as any spot located near a major transit point anywhere in the world would be but the spacious rooms on offer are quiet and privacy is not an issue at all. The staff is courteous and helpful. The Hotel is not only clean, it is swept and maintained several times a day. Located next to two more hotels adjacent to it and just across the road from restaurants, a bustling market and other lodges etc, it's quite a lively place to stay at but with the right and required amount of privacy, as I mentioned earlier. The tariff is not only affordable but a bargain for the facilities and quality on offer. The food is good, the rooms are clean and the bathroom isn't large but not small either. In all, a rating of good from my point of view. Compliments to the staff and the management.

No water bottle provide by hotel the bed condition is 3rd class. Very third class behavior. This is full responsibility of mkt, but they are helpless. Never book in future on company.
