Average Stay
Location - Inside the narrow lane. No board or signage. AC will not run in genset. Frequent powers cut. Lift will also not operational in Genset. Front office staff rude and always blame customer about anything. Better to avoid this hotel.

Dear Anand Kamal ..Sorry for the inconvenience caused during your stay ,due to frequent power cuts which we don't have control on..Here even you not praise our front end staff for giving you early check in without taking any extra amount. Even Here you not discussed about the food order you give and cancelled it, after it comes to your room by giving a reason that you eat only tandoori roti's not tawa roti which you not mentioned at the time of ordering( even you not give us time for tandoori roti's & you simply cancelled it after cooking). Even we not react on this as a hotelier,as guest you have liberty to review and rate us according to your experience. Even you apologize on your behavior to our front desk staff if you remembered. Any how, we are not here to prove our self right or wrong. Again sorry for the inconvenience occurs during your stay.. thank you.. and looking forward to serve you again.

coupleProperty is right in middle of busy market so if you are reaching thru a cab be prepared to walk 250 meter as cabs will drop you bit far. Positive is very near to raghunath temple so you can plan visit to temple as per your convenience considering rush timing. Be prepared to spend 5-6k extra if you or your spouse are shopaholics as lot bulk shopping options. Hotel got renovated recently but food and other amenities can be considered average

Very cooperative staff
Lively stay, make my trip booking was hassle free and the staff, especially mr raju (staff) was extremely welcoming and cooperative. Though, since it’s a newly established hotel, the facilities could’ve been better.

Poor Stay
familyRecently stayed one night at Hotel Madhuban Jammu while coming back from Mata Vaishnodevi Yatra. The Manager and staff are polite and well behaved and helping in nature. Check in and check out process was smooth. The hotel is located very close to Raghunath Temple and main market of Jammu. But I could not give location rating more than 3 as the hotel is situated at a very cluttered congested back alley with not a pleasant surrounding. The hotel guided the driver to reach the hotel. Hotel building looks new compared to the surroundings, rooms are also new. However, there is no chair, table available in the room. One will have to manage with a small bed side shelf for having food inside the room while sitting on the bed. Not convenient at all. No tea / coffee making kit and kettle are available. AC is controlled centrally with no option of control at the room itself. The cooling was inadequate. There is no restaurant available at the hotel. They have a so so room service, though service level is very poor. Not recommended to avail room service. With the issues mentioned above, the hotel seems to be over priced.

Tv was not working
They have not provided any kettle or dental kit as well any slippers to wear in the room. They also not provided any thing on call
