The stay is ok .but the hotel is under construction and the surroundings are dirty..it is situated just near to a sewage and there is a bad smell all the time.

Terrible Stay
First room provided was not clean found pubic hair in the washroom toilet seats. Changed the room the flush was not working properly, again the room was changed, but the room was already in used condition i have seen myself clients going out. Then they gave me next room which was a single room i have paid and booked double room. The service phone was not working missed my wake up call. I have deleted the video and photo after checkout as i dont want toilet pics in my gallery

Poor Stay
The room wasn't clean. The bed, bedsheets and pillows were old and dirty. It was an unpleasant stay. This property was recommended by mmt but not up to the mark and not worth the money that i paid. The stay with hotel royal residency is not worth the money that i paid. The room was untidy and the bedsheets, bed and pillows were not clean. Had an unpleasant stay

Excellent room at a convenient location
The room exceeded my expectations. All amenities were provided and working well as intended. Outside food is allowed as well and room food service is also available at reasonable rate.
