The food is not good and breakfast is not available The AC is not properly working. I requested the MMT team please before Aquer any property review again and again.

Poor experience
The hotel had hygiene issues, not cleaned, No hot water, intercom was not working, Had to go multiple time to the reception as intercom was not working but no response.

familyThe rooms are extremely small and dirty. The toilets have been horribly maintained. The bed linens were not clean. It was a nightmare to be there in the treebo hotel. Reserved for 3 nights but had to walk out of the hotel after 1st night. After lot of negotiation treebo was nice enough to refund the money for the residual 2 nights.

I stayed at 12 degree west hotel for three nights, and let me tell you, it was awesome! the food was seriously good, like, i couldn't get enough. And the staff? super friendly and helpful, especially this guy mr. Sujith. He was great to chat with and made my stay even better. I totally recommend this place if you want good food and awesome service!
