During my stay, i encountered several issues, including the following- - poor room conditions (cleanliness, maintenance, etc) - unfriendly or unhelpful staff - noise or disruptions i had expected a comfortable and relaxing stay at your hotel, but instead, i faced numerous challenges that made my experience unpleasant. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and take necessary steps to address these issues. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions you will take to improve hotel's services and amenities.

They charged for extra 200 for early check in. We have waited almost 1 hour to get room we have visited at 9 am to get room but we got room at 10 am. That too it’s and bad room which is cleaned at that time and gave and then they said they ll shift room at 12 pm but they shifted room at 3 pm. Too irresponsible about the customers.

Location near to government estate metro station, locality is very bad. Dirty outdoors. Bad smell coming. No good restaurants are available nearby. Cigarette waste accumulated just outside of windows. Needs maintenance. Even toilet doesn't have lock to close. Flush not working well.

Unclean and unhygienic and smelly. Bedspread n pillow covers were dirty. Reception looks shabby. Staffs are friendly.
