Stay was comfortable. Room service was prompt. Staff are very polite and helpful. I will definitely come back again and recommend this hotel.

Property is located at prime location with good parking slots. The security are kind enough to clean your vehicles if required. The rooms are pretty decent for a business traveler like me. The food is really tasty. They have to work on their Breakfast menu!!

Management was rigid regarding check out. We requested to extend till 2 30 PM due to some religious function in Chennai city. It was turned down sayiomg it can be done only till 2 pm. Sharp at 2 pm , power was switched off and telephonic reminder was given. It could have been bit linient with special consideration.

It was good . But they need to improve hospitality to people stay. No control on A/c units. Even switched off still it is running on fan mode. Certain items like soap, comb are not provided on repeat house keeping call . Only rough answers needs to improve in this direction Otherwise a good hotel and family can stay peacefully.
