They was not received phone call, whenever we call at morning, this is so pathetic.

It is truly exotic in the sense that no hotel in India or any other country I visited had this level of terrible experience after charging almost 24k for 6 room nights. If there’s delay in services, it is acceptable in peak but what if even after asking for basic things like room cleaning/water etc. you don’t get them at all. All rooms have bathroom doors made of cheap hollow fibre board which are not properly fixed to hinges hence difficult to close, and if you try to use force, the door handle will come out and you will be blamed for that, on top of that there’s no exhaust in bathroom, but that’s may be too much to expect. We stayed for 2 days, even after multiple requests, towel/bedsheet etc were not replaced and no cleaning service came after telling multiple times. Atleast I expected they provide water. Even the water that comes from tap is yellow. And when you complain, all they reply is excuses. And yes I forgot spider webs and ants in rooms. The owner doesn’t care and the staff can’t manage even such a small property after charging this much and i am not even mentioning the way to beach is full of garbage. There’s no maintenance and they need full money.

i fill good. its very clean hotel. foods are good. sea view is clear. its good sea side hotel.i am happy.
