Very good experience
The property was awesome clean and I love to see that quality products for the property❤️ but I have only one suggestion for them their food expenses was very high common people was unable to afford 😔 but I have very good experience ☺️

Nice stay nice ambiance
Room is clean enough with all amenities working, food quality is decent though price is on the higher side, the lunch was somewhat good but had an aweful experience on dinner. The complimentary breakfast is filling and tasted good. Overall 3.5/5

Great stay! Lovely staff and great food taste and quality. One con is beach is 7-8 mins walk but if you bring car that is fine as well!

Terrible Stay
The Hotel was terrible in terms of Family Stays. May be good for stag and unmarried couples who come and stay there for fun and other services rendered by the hotel. But I would never recommend this for a Family who is going to stay there with Kids and wife

Foo was rotten and stale for a long time.
in this price range in those locations Resort was good. But the staff is very unprofessional, like a poor guy. And food prices was high.. and specially in lunch chicken was soo bad, like normal hotel, and It was rotten and stale for a long time.

My Experience of Lipi Resort and Spa
Overall it was good. The staffs are good especially Montu da who handles the restaurant. It is bit far away from the beach . The food is good but bit expensive. Also it is severely understaff. The owner must look into this. Montu da was single handedly handling the restaurant. Also other staffs were working tirelessly to overcome staff shortage.

they also say us that in MMT price is very high we will provide you same
We face difficulties because of we booked this property Hotel manager say you booked this property through third party and we are not full fill property rules what is mentioned in MMT. As a result they give us room after one hour late and not served high tea and snacks in between 5to6 pm. We have very bad experiences this time.

Poor Stay
The door lock was not working. The food was extremely poor. And the music in the pool in the front of the rooms were playing full volume till 12 am in the night. The maintenance of the rooms needs lots of work

We loved it there, everyone there is very polite and helpful. The rooms were squeaky clean, food was amazing. All and all it was perfect.
