Review Of Hotel Zaika Inn

We have faced a horrible experience in this property. The property manager wants extra money for a sea view room which was already booked but he has refused to provide the sea facing room. Also there was no systematic service. The room service boy came into the room after so many calls. Also we have booked the room with complimentary breakfast but in the morning the hotel can't provide breakfast. We will never book the property again from make my trip app.

I stayed in this property for 2 nights and booked 3sea facing AC room as i had old parent and children i asked to property to keep the room ready we will be reaching from kolkata at around 1. But even they provided two rooms at 1.30 pm other room they kept delaying which i got at 3pm. At June's extreme hot and humid weather it was very difficult to adjust in two rooms with 6adults and two children at bathing and lunch time whereas we paid whole money in advance. And the 3rd room which we got late AC was not functioning and the issue finally resolved at 10.30 pm. Geyser was not working in any rooms. Main issue is poor management and service. None will respond to call from room service. Literally we have to shout to call them or go everytime downstairs to call them which is pathetic. No refund given in room rent even half day spent in getting room and servicing AC and we paid per room. Instead manager told they would give 5%-10% discount in fooding which is like peanut. The holiday mood was ruined by initial rude behaviour of manager who said you didnt pay money to us.. you paid to MMT so ask them for refund if AC not working. As if we were going to stay as Free. Instead we paid the staff of hotel Rs 600 while doing check out as tips as staffs were young and good mannered.

Good staff behavior and Security , food quality also good, pool side also nice cleaning and outside

we were stayed for a night. Food served was below average labels. Rooms are diry with old furniture.

I found the property location from make my trip. Com, well supported and nice view, good quality food and room accommodation.

Food was good. Location is also good. But the manager’s behaviour was horrible. We didn’t get the sea view room. It’s too much expensive compared to the place

This hotel is as 1star hotel. They didn’t provide anything as drinking water, towel, toothpaste toothbrush, hand wash, shampoo etc. . Room not clear. When we discussed in reception they clearly told us - “we don’t provide anything, you can contact make my trip. We don’t care. If you have any problem, we can’t do anything. Complementary breakfast only puri or bread omelet.

1st of all food was not up to the mark hotel room was dirty there was no parking space over all a bad experience

It was a terrible experience as there was no basic amenities in the room provided and they charged extra 600.

Reception and staff behavior is not good. Please change your gesture and control your staff. Food quility is avrge

Location is very good near the coming up tourist pavilion. Food and service are good though not out of this world. The total built up area of the complex is not too much so it can feel a bit constricted. All in all, value for money.

The hotel location is very good. Staff are well behaved and humble. The sea view from the hotel is beautiful and we had a great fun on the the sea shore. Hotel food is also very good and healthy. Overall my husband and myself spent a good time.

Rooms were clean and the staff were also good.
