LLOYDS BEACH RESORT

Room was good. Property is small but thats okay. It is beach front. Food was nice but overpriced i think not justified. Check in smooth. Behaviour good but a bitter experience which was that during check out all staffs from every corner of the property will leave their work and will come chasing you with smiling face for tips which was extremely uncomfortable. Staffs need some training in guest relations. Even if one wanted to give a tip such an experience will totally change the mind. Booked it at a very low tariff so overall it was good.

location is right in front of beach with direct access to beach no blockade or beach shack in front. food - food was very tasty. the price was on much higher side but given the quality some may find the price justified. taste was absolutely fantastic. they can however increase the portion size though. breakfast was also good. the buffet included poori, Chole, boiled egg, watermelon, fruit juice, poha / upma, bread butter toast, tea, milk and corn flakes. rooms were sobre and spacious about 225 sq ft size, included daily towel, toiletries, linen etc changing, tea and coffee arrangements within the room. overall everything required and appropriate at the price range they are operating. my stay was for 3 nights 4 day and costed me with complimentary buffet breakfast for 2 adult 1 child. overall good stay and yes staff behaviour was very polite with good dining service and room or ocean deck service.

We had a great staycation experience at LLoyds. All the staff members were polite and courteous. The service was amazing. Our kids loved the place. Everything was good including food. Except for minor Issues which was fixed at the earliest everything was just great! We are planning to visit the property again!

Stay was awesome with beach view , swimming pool and great ambience at night. Food was delicious too

A c not working well. Water drops coming from the a c 's indoor unit in the floor of the rooms. The prices of the food items are high in relation their quality and quantity.

it was mentioned as suite however it was a tiny shabby room nowhere close to be called a suite or pay 10k for such room a day and 20k for two nights , ac wasn't working we had to call their reception end number of times to fix it . during check out they literally was after us to evacuate the room since 8 am in the morning although check out was at 11 am

Food & service is too good really liked it. I recommend this stay to group travelers.

As shown in photos nothing matched. The rooms were really small and there was hygiene issue. The floor mat was dirty and the bedsheets had smoke burnt. The bathrooms exhaust fan wasn't working and the toilet flush wasn't working. The entry to the rooms were dirty and I had to cover my nose everytime I came to my room.

Very bad experience about making foods and there is maintenance quality about cleanliness is very poor. They have also charged Rs500 / for four months kid

Hotel was good but breakfast quality was very poor and staff behaviour at breakfast time was very bad.

Elegant property with super delicious food and above all service in each sector of the resort is just mind blowing. Always prefer to be here once get some break from concrete life as peace is the ultimate SPO2 for a human life.
