Eco Villa

Horrible experience. Full of caterpillar in all rooms. We request to change rooms. But hotel not entertain. We call MMT and complain about this and request to change the rooms or hotel finally at around 12:00 am the arrange another hotel 3 km away but they can't arrange any shifting convenience. As this we are forced to stay those rooms.

Stayed for two days.. Hotel has a good position. Located just in front of the sea. But only one room. The hotel authorities demand that all room are sea facing. It is not so. Only one room is sea facing from the room and other 3 from the verandah and rest two do not have any sea view at all. Apart from the location the staff is not much hospitable. While the check out time nears the staff will stand in front of the door an hour before to check you out. Also the food is overpriced.

Location is awesome. Rooms are not so good. Service need to be improved, electricity problem is there. Air Conditioners are required in the rooms otherwise it's hot. The view of the sea is just awesome.

It was good to stay there. Location is good. It is good for big group but for couples sometimes it is scary... Facilities are good. But food is costly... Room is quite big and well furnished.. Altogether staying was nice.

Excellent Location with a nice view of the sea. Food was pathetic and absolutely overpriced, very poor quality food compared to the price they are charging.. The service staff were generous and hospitable.. There are no AC rooms available but the rooms are nice and spacious.. Even though in order to avail the best sea facing rooms one needs to book through their own booking agents and not MMT.. They claim all the rooms are sea facing but its not so.. Booked a room 2 weeks in advance but still they us a room at the non sea facing end and also they informed us we need to book through their own agents in order to choose rooms as per preference.. Overall it was a nice experience except for food.

Hotel location is good. Food is pathetic and it's not at all clean no AC and food price are very expensive it's not worth it at all. If you just want good location you can visit there or else it's just a waste of time.

During high tides, you can touch the water by just stepping out of your room .. It reaches your stairs. The full moons nights are the ones to die for. The rooms were good and clean. Since it is very near top the beach, keeping your windows open can bring in sand.

Good resort, eco friendly construction and bio friend. Location of the resort is very close to the Mandarmoni sea beach. All other hotels and resorts are located far away from the sea beach. Room service and hotel boys are very friendly, they will help you to get cars, medicine, water etc. They clean the room twice daily. Two Night guard will roam the resort area during night. We keep our shoes and wet garments outside of the room whole night, nothing happened. You can get view the beach from the room window, and during high tide sea water will come to the baranda of the room. The bad thing is that food offered by the resort is very overpriced and taste is not very good. There are some small hotels and restaurants near the eco villa resort, where you will find tasty food at much cheaper rate. We visited Mandarmoni during monsoon, enjoyed sea Bath. Motor boat ride.

First of all the hotel administration should arrange for a location mark beside the road. It is because of its location. It is not so far from the Mandarmani beach market and not so far from the place Mohona. The room was clean except the sand which I think very common in this kind of environment. Bathroom was also clean. We got clean bed sheets. Food was tasty but price were to much. Drinking water was available. Hotel boys were very good. They had gentle behaviour and helpful. Security is not so good.

Rooms are very nice. Clean and well equipped with toiletries. Very decent location. The location is more appealing as it is far from the normal usual beach. Had a very nice stay here. Would love to come back here once again.

Room was too good and service also .. Weather was awesome. There was huge space to play different types of game .. Foods was tasty .. Security guard was available all time ... If arise any problems the hotel staff's response was good ...

Good place, people, staff, location. Sea is adjacent close to Sun city beach shacks are nearby wooden structures and inside decorates are added thing to the room themes. We recommend to people want to spend some relaxed time.

It was good and relaxed time spent by both of us friends, this hotel is also good for family relaxation also. A short trip apart from our working and hectic schedule is needed for AL of us, you can relax over here for couple of days and sea beach is also awesome ..

Mandarmoni is my most craved after weekend getaways which I love to visit 3-4 times a year. This resort is one of the best that I have stayed in with great location, spacious rooms, good food and friendly staff.

Lits of mosquitos insects in the room ... Zero cleanliness. Foods are good. Service is very bad. Location is good. Room rate very high as compared to service. Mosquito net not available. Lots of mosquitos inside the room.

You will get country side feeling. The location is perfect. You will get sea facing view. Good place for relaxing. Room service is good. Food quality is also good. Hotel members are very helpful. Sunset and sunrise view is terrific. Money well spent.

Every thing was good at 'Eco villa'. We were surprised when we reached there- Awesome atmosphere, Great location, Beautiful Garden, Friendly staff, Clean Rooms, Sea facing cottages, Unique huts for tea/coffee. We loved the two days stay. It was a memorable one. Only improvement needed is the maintenance of rooms, there were many in the room. Eco Villa needs to focus more on pest control.

My experience was bad in this hotel and won't visit anymore in this particular hotel. If you see from outside the hotel looks very beautiful. All the cottage and its decoration was very good. But the management needs to take care about maintenance of the same. I was in room no 102 and in my room I found and number of cockroachs in the room. Bathrooms door was not working. Even it was being locked.

Very bad location.. Most interior place to find out in Mandarmoni.. First of all the hotel does not have any receptionist, the man does not have any manner or saying.. Bathroom have some dirt.. Most dirty and rooms are well equipped with mosquitoes.. So be aware of that.. Food is OK.. As We have meal plan.. Else it will be very hard to fill up your stomach.. In the evening it was totally boring all the night.. No light at beach.. No man.. You should not stay at Mandarmoni..

Good location. More sea facing benches should be provided (There was only one). Service should be improved. But overall OK type experience for short Tours. Night music was fun. I liked the quiet environment of the resort.
