Review Of Hotel Osheen

One of the worst properties and Vikas Gotam is the proprietor of Hotel Osheen, his behaviour is very rudely with the guests.

Not enjoyed at all, paid full amount advance for 2 days but faced many many issued with check-in.

Good Hotel and very good staff nice food

It was nice to stay here, staff behavior was very cooperative, infact owner of this hotel is also available at hotel for their customers satisfaction.

For the price range the rooms, facilities, location, staff behaviour was excellent. It was a comfortable stay. We faced no problems during our stay.

Booked two rooms for 3 day Shimla - Kufri Trip at Hotel Osheen. Owner of the hotel was humble and kind, on arriving early morning by 8 am in the hotel, rooms were not available still owner managed to give us an early check in the hotel and providing us with a family suite by 9.30 am, meanwhile served us with a nice cup of coffee in the dinning area. Although we were welcomed nicely without any hassle, but the family suite (2-rooms) were not clean and were not very spacious, bed sheets were torn and had yellow patches on it. Bathroom was clean with working geyser. Staff was not very cooperative and was kind of mean, On our first day we somehow managed to get food packed and parceled for our dinner at night by 9.30 pm to the hotel room and asked the staff to help us with re-heating the food and provide us with some plates and spoon for our meals, staff denied to re-heat and even not provided us any cutlery to eat food by simply saying that we don't provide any such services for outside food and therefore we had to roam around for some disposables in the market and had to eat cold food. Since, the food we carried along with us was not palatable, we had to order 5 plate Maggi for ourselves, they took 30 minutes to cook 2 minute Maggi and while serving us the Maggi, staff boy asked us to finish it within 5 minutes and return their bowls and spoons as they're short of cutlery. Maggi was literally pathetic as if they used one packet of Maggi masala for 5 packet of Maggi. On second day we ordered breakfast from the hotel only (as we had to leave early for Kufri which was advised by the owner of the hotel and thanks to him as it was worth visiting there). We ordered Aloo parathas, Sandwich, Mix parathas and curd which was upto the mark, but the same thing happened, the staff boy while serving us in the room asked us not to eat on our bed as it will get spoiled and dirty (which it was already), this we find very rude of him, as everytime he was asking us to return back their cutlery, and not to eat on bed (in fact only a small table and 2 chairs were available in the suite for 5 people). The owner was nice he managed to get us a cab for Kufri at a cheap price and also for bus stand which was convenient for us, but the hotel staff was not good and was very mean and rude. Our stay was below average, but one can stay if budget is constraint. (Owner was good, but staff was rude)

Location as expected but Hotel room and food quality is bad. Bath room is very small. Price is very high as per quality.
