Foor was good but the property was not clean, rooms were also not clean. There was so much noise from the other room, there were mischievous guys who drank whole night and made so much chaos. It was horrible, we could not sleep because of them. Otherwise it was okay. Thanks

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The bathroom was stinky all time. WiFi was not working

hotel staff was very rude property near library chawk but road was closed so alternate 5 km headache route and staff was very rudely behave

It's more than 30 mins walk from mall road, for tourist attractions like kempty falls, george everest, dalai hills or company garden you'll need to hire a taxi for 3500. On top of it they charge extra 600 for my friend ( we were 3 girls on a two nights stay ) I'll recommend you to stay near Kempty so that you can visit tourist places and visit mall road on last day of tour trip as there's literally NOTHING ON MALL ROAD.

Staff behavior was good and cooperative. the view from the hotel was awesome. We have stayed there for 2 days.

It was good although the check in time was 12 which is very late if you had an overnight journey. Beds sheets weren't clean. Although the staff is good and easy location from library road. Good for a day or two stay.

the room was really beautiful and clean and staffs are really good at behaviour and the washroom was also clean I love it .I would love to come again ☺️.

This hotel is not for the group or family stays bathroom was very dirty basic facilities in bathroom was not there he have to improve it. But some of staff behaviour is very nice that's why i am giving avarage

Hotel has deluxe as well home stay rooms. Food is available and nicely cooked and served. Overall good stay.
