It was a great and affordable place to stay. Also in prime location

Overall experience was really bad as toilets were way too small. The entire family had to suffer a lot. Not fit for families i must say. Also the caretaker never came to check for anything required when we called him, he was somewhere else and then he never called back. We wanted to get some help for arranging food as it was raining heavily. Also the owner didn't respond to our call.

I had a terrible experience with this place. And checked out just after 1 night. Inspite of paying for 4 nights in advance. Place inside is same as shown in picture but outside is just one tiny passage. Where barely one person can walk. Forget about sitting. It's close to mall road but you have to walk almost 4 flights up steep to get here. Carrying baggage is challenge. Baggage assistance is mentioned. But no assistance available and care taker doesn't even come to guide till barrier which is 100mtrs away. Place gets very cold as it is on. Top floor and heater will be at extra charge and even if you have paid full amount for four days. They refuse to give heater before you pay 200 bucks. There was a big rat in the room and when i called the caretaker he said"he can not do anything about it and the rat will go away. The hot water kettle was not working. And when i mentioned about it to the host. She mentioned it's an extra item and does not come under facility and i should heat water even at night for drinking. Washroom is too cramped and when you are seated your nose will touch the opposite wall. Overall very bad experience and just go for anything else but this place.

Toilet is too small even for a person to move.

I stayed during november 2022 and it was a very nice experience. Rooms and kitchen were very clean. It's on walking distance from bus stand and the caretaker is also very helpful.

The house is located near to mall road, but location is not nice. Unhygienic stay, the house stinks. The bathroom are horrible and too small to use. The kitchen equipments are also not maintained. No parking available. There has not been any interaction with the host at all once checkin. Complete waste of money. First experience of homestay totally gone bad

Not worth the money no room service for whole two days no properly cleaned utensils expired products in fridge plus i was bitten by some insects there and it’s been 5 days it’s not healing no hygiene photos given good but was not that spacious no balcony waste of money. i would request the owner to keep a look on hygiene and cleaning of the house.

The property was well maintained, clean offered us a lovely, cozy stay. The facilities like kitchen, dining area, etc. Was up to the mark. Though, the property is located at mall road, but the location gives a very negative impression at first sight and you won't get a hill scenic view from the property as it's located in the middle of the town. However, our stay was good, host is awesome and very much reachable.

Me and my cousins had a great night at kumar's place which we won't going to forget as it was our first trip to mussorie together and also i will suggest all of my family and friends who are wishing to visit mussorie to stay there. Price is appropriate and also the behavior of the staff is too good.
