Hotel, Food Locality facilities everything was perfect and price efficient

We stayed at Breeze Apartment, Mussoorie for 2 nights and 3 days with family. The location is quite good, and parking was efficiently managed by the caretaker, Mr. Deepak, who was polite and helpful. However, I had visited this property two years ago, and I was disappointed to see that it hasn't been maintained well since then. It clearly requires sincere renovation to justify the premium tariff charged. Had I been aware of its current condition, I might have reconsidered booking it at this price. I also have photos to support this feedback. As a loyal MakeMyTrip customer, I hope such reviews are taken seriously and help in improving quality control. It would be great if MakeMyTrip could consider offering some gesture or discount for future bookings, especially when a property doesn't meet expected standards.

It's a very cosy and peaceful place. The caretaker is very good and I really enjoyed my stay here. They have all the amenities and games too!

The 2 bedroom of the property are interconnected and the door between the room not getting close, finally the door gets closed after hitting 3-4 kicks, but there is a huge gap below the door, property on first floor and at the end of the passage, full passage was very dirty while the property from inside was good, full night water sound due to overflowing water on the terrace and dripping near the kitchen window.

Location is good but the property is not maintained, shabby and a single washroom. Roof top is very dirty and no view at all

Everything was good. Just they don’t have parking but they provide assistance. Also please keep in mind the check in time

The place was nice and clean. But there were too many restrictions which we were not told before the check in. It was in between local residence. Which was an issue. The caretaker was very nice and helpful. It’s just the restrictions and the walk from parking which was an issue.

It is a compact 2 room set with kitchen and complete accessories like gas, microwave, refrigerator and all utensils. Very neat and clean managed by wabisabi.

Room is great and clean. You can order food from the restaurant. Apart from their restaurant many cafe options are nearby. Location is near to mall road. On top of everything, service is super great. You will receive photos and videos of room before check in. You will be also provided location of the place plus caretaker will guide to the property. After check in you will receive a list of must try cafes and restaurants. Also places to see nearby.
