I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the cottage accommodation I booked at Missouri (CLARENCE COTTAGE ), located at MISSOURI Uthrakand.
Upon booking, I was not informed that the cottage is situated on the 3rd floor of a building without a functioning lift. Furthermore, I was also not made aware of the lack of a proper exit or alternative arrangements for emergency situations. So we informed the manager regarding refund.
Instead of chekinto the cottage we immediately search another place which is highly hygienic and economical.
This lack of transparency and misleading information has caused me and my family significant inconvenience and distress, especially the transportation inconvenience.
I request that you take immediate action to:
1. Ensure accurate representation of the cottage's location and amenities on your website and other promotional materials.
2. Provide alternative accommodations that meet the standards or offer a refund for the inconvenience caused.
I tried to reach the authorised person in make my trip but after keep on waiting there was no positive reply.
I appreciate a prompt response regarding the actions you will take to address this issue.
