no water supply.not clean room.no breakfast provided.any thing is not good in hotel.

very poor hygiene, food was okay,faced power cut off,in the morning there was no water, average facilities.

Worst Experience. No Water. Smell all over, Poor Room Service, Bedsheets, Blanket worst. Washroom had no water, Exhaust not working,Odd Smell. Managed with lot of difficulties. Had to shout at the Hotel receptionist after that Water was supplied. Other issues not resolved. Don't go by photographs & positive reviews of this hotel

recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to key attractions and transportation. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. However, the room service could definitely use improvement—it was either slow or unresponsive at times. With better service, this place could easily become a top choice for future stays.

there was no facility for breakfast,we paid extra for breakfast but we got nothing.services were poor,there was not even proper water supply,walls were damp.

it was a nice stay, The rooms were neat n clean, and breakfast was good 👍. love the hotel location in front of the famous restaurant SANDOZ. All basic amenities like dental kit, electric cattle, water bottle, slipper.were there. love the MUSSOORIE n hotel Amar.
