Worst and very irresponsible service by make my trip, i have my exam the next day and i booked the hotel through make my trip i reached around 9:30pm, inspite of confirmed booking (two days previously, no hotel room were provided and we were told that no room as available and we are running full. No proper response on customer care and even no refund. I was make to look for hotel at 10pm in totally new city, compromising on my safety.

Room smell so bad, no water supply in room in morning even after complaining about 2 time in last they give us bucket of water

The hotel service is good, the food and hotel staff are also good for a nice place to stay on a small budget.

Untidy, basic amenities i. E. Soap kit not provided. Charges are high for example milk glass is charged at 99 plus tax considering location room condition it is very high. Old conditioned lift dogs on the 3rd floor of you use stairs as the hotel is on the 5th floor. Hospitality was okay. Prices were higher as per amenities

Room was clean and spacious. Location was also good. Staffs were also good. But person who sits in reception was very rude.

Room was clean and cozy, but disappointed promised breakfast included, yet hotel demanded extra payment upon arrival. This led to unnecessary time wasted at the reception desk sorting out the issue.

Even though i booked two rooms for family, it comes with expectations that family would be staying side by side but instead hotel gave rooms in opposite corners of the rooms. Also, no basic amenities provided (soap, towels, shampoo, etc)

They are not giving my morning breakfast and hotel conditions is very bad, bad service, lift conditions terrible, very disturbed hotel. Thank you

Staff is very cordial. Hotel is neat and clean. I felt very comfortable and happy here.

The hotel was not ready to accept the discounted price i got and hence they kept me about 1 hour in the reception. After i complained to makemytrip the matter resolved.

Very good room staff behaviour is also good everything is good neat and clean washroom food was also good.

Rooms were terrible, looking glass was blurr, bedsheets and towels were dirty. Also the staff was not able to locate my booking i'd for half an hour. Staff was unprofessional, toilet seat was not clean

I had book room with free breakfast, hotel manager refused to provide the same by saying they had only room booking.

Baht hi acchi hotel thi. Room bhi kafi bade the. Bus ac ka problam tha. Ac me se paani tapak raha tha. Auro chalu karte vaqt ac me se paani bed pe aa raha tha.

Tv not work also i am complaint to receptionist but they said we will fix it but they didn't also ac swing mode not worked and no drinking water as well as towel not available in the room

Excellent service and rooms .....

This hotel is not good. The hotel staff is not polite and no proper and basic services provided. Last night the started drilling and fixing one ac unit above the reception which was just behind my room. When i asked the manager to stop it immediately. He said i should have tell him before the start of work. Now he will not stop. And he continued. This is very irritating. I will never recommend this hotel to any one.

The hotel was really good. The staff was supporting. The location is nice. Most importantly the rooms are amazing
