Room condition was pathetic , broken and rusted shower, dirty linens , No cleaniness, overall poor experience. I am attaching the image what they have showed and what we get was just the opposite

I didn't wanted to spend time that much at the hotel i came for some work but bathrooms are dirty and overall it's an average stay if you're searching for comfort & hygienic & proper services than go for different hotel.

Worst stay for our family
The water supply was very in very poor. The power socket was not working. I was forced to stay here because i could not cancel the booking. Due to your booking terms, i have lost around. Very poor. If at all negative rating is there, i would give negative 10.

Good Stay
The service is great from the staff. No hot water on both the days though they said it would be available. Cleanliness is not bad but could be better.

Poor quality rooms
Our room quality was very poor, no proper service available. In breakfast only one dish available and tea. No point of paying extra for breakfast. Poor light and lobby area. Blankets and bed sheets were very dirty. Towel was torn. Only one soap for two day stay. No shampoo or anything. No water bottle was provided. Local water in a jar was given with two dirty glasses.

Congested hotel. But bang in the center of the city. Will stay again only if I have no other options
Firstly I had booked a super deluxe. I am not sure the hotel understands what super deluxe means. The room is reasonably sized but no deluxe (forget deluxe). The room I was allotted had a nice big hole in the bed-sheet. For some other reason they shifted me to another room. No hole in the bed-sheet here. But everything else is pretty old and tattered in this hotel. Bathrooms are usable (at this price) but again not super deluxe or even deluxe. Room walls show signs of dampness and mold. To summarize, given the price and location, the hotel is ok.
