Hotel denied check-in on first day,but after hours of arguing, we got a check-in for the next day with no solution or refund

The hotel is at a very comfortable location, and the rooms have excellent furniture and beds. The quality of dinner is nice.

The reception person was great. They keep my stuff until my checking was really helpful amazing hotel.

I with my partner was inside and someone tried to come in, we got really really scared and hard to checkout just in 1. 5-2 hrs. Very very disappointing for us, we even had a talk with makemytrip and even insurance company but no compensation for this is provided yet ! too horrible experience with make my trip.
