Very poor experience
I have Experienced very bad Stay in this property as it was very dirty property and In the kitchen there were cockroaches in each and every table. staff at reception was not helpful and rude. The room was Average and cleaning in the hotel was was very poor. This was my last booking on MMT as I will not trust MMT anymore on this.

Below average stay
The stay was below average. The staff, however were great. The hotel is infested with insects and they do create a nuisance overall.

hotel fixtures are too old, need to replace all wooden fixtures. wardrobe were smelling, not possible to keep your clothes in that. smell in bathroom.

unhygenic and poor rooms
untidy rooms unhygienic toilets smelly pillows cockroaches around in the room and on the bed leaky washbasins broken taps dirty plates and spoons regular tea chargeable, only machine tea complimentary with breakfast telephones not working in any room

Door handle was broken bathroom are very dirty no hot water for bathing don’t go there please improve your services or shutdown the hotel

Not properly maintained..
Room was old and found coackroaches, staff were good but room was in bad condition. Not satisfied with the stay.

Worst Experience - Pathetic Service & Facilities
Pathetic service & facilities. Cockroaches were roaming everywhere in the room even on the bed as well. Room was stinking, TV was not working, intercom was not working. I asked to front desk person to fix the things. They send two three persons in my room they checked it and said sir (range ki problem hai). then i asked them to chnage my room and they seilently walked from the room and didnt get any response from anyone. Worst experience of my life. Never gonna stay again here.

Good option to chose
It was easy to locate as it was in the middle of the city. Staying in the hotel was also good. Neat and clean room. Support of staff could have been better as i took my luggage (3bags) myself to the 3d floor and the person who showed me the room(helper may be) only took key and opened the door for me. That’s it. Still thanks MMT and the manager who allowed me to check in late night.
