We booked a queen-size garden view room, but the glass was so dirty that the view was completely blocked. No disposable slippers were provided as promised at the time of booking. For a TV remote, we had to call 2–3 times before it was delivered. The worst experience was with dinner — we placed our order at 10 PM and informed we would return by 11 PM. The receptionist confirmed, but later admitted he never placed the order. After arguments, he finally ordered through Zomato, and food arrived at 12 midnight, by which time my roommate had already fallen asleep. Overall, this was the worst hotel service I have ever experienced.
