Very Bad experience there is no any clean room properly. and management staff very rude it's not 1st time

worst hotel they not greet to customer or hotel room and washroom very dirty and inside the room not goods available like teeth brush bathroom sleeper and when I call to reception to arrange goods they told me we have not anything.... waste of my money

Location was awesome. Exactly inside a Pavilion mall, on the sixth floor but to reach there easily take Mall entry by the gate opposite well known mani ram karyana store otherwise you will confused within different lift. Decent small rooms but need so much of attention as there were so many issues with door locks and washroom doors. Things which were shown as free amenities need to ask for. Means tea coffee sachets were there but no hot water cattle. Bed corners are so sharp. Can hurt the legs while walking. Otherwise nice place to stay as you are always near to food court and shopping and even a cinema screens. Staff was good as well.

Location was good, but very unhygienic, poor service, miss management

I travel with my family so very good amenities for family stay ,.......... Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The hotel room and cleanliness were good. We had booked a garden view room through MMT, but they informed us that the garden was under construction, so the room was not provided. They also charged more than the MRP for Kinley water bottles. When we requested the bill, we specifically asked them to mention ‘Kinley water bottles,’ but instead they listed it as ‘mineral bottle,’ which is misleading and not appropriate. Moreover, the manager spoke very rudely.

The room was neat and clean

We booked a queen-size garden view room, but the glass was so dirty that the view was completely blocked. No disposable slippers were provided as promised at the time of booking. For a TV remote, we had to call 2–3 times before it was delivered. The worst experience was with dinner — we placed our order at 10 PM and informed we would return by 11 PM. The receptionist confirmed, but later admitted he never placed the order. After arguments, he finally ordered through Zomato, and food arrived at 12 midnight, by which time my roommate had already fallen asleep. Overall, this was the worst hotel service I have ever experienced.

Rooms were not clean Bedsheet and pillow covers had stains on them. Shower was not functioning properly. Bathroom was stinking I booked room with Gardern view but they refused to give me that room. Breakfast was also below average in quality. The corridor was very dirty. I'll never stay in this hotel again.

The rooms were not clean, the bathrooms were also dirty. The charging point was broken. The bed lenin was an old bed cushion. Breakfast options were limited and served only in rooms. Overall a very bad experience. Not to book in future and not to recommend to anyone.

Washrooms were pathetic Water was not coming properly and unhygienic conditions The common washroom in the lobby was worse then a government public toilet

Bad room condition

Lizard in the room, lots of dampness and broken tiles and very dirty bedsheet, bed, and bathroom. Not value for money

The hotel room was horrible My room was first right in the right wing lobby. * It's door doesn't shut at once. You have to push it very hard. * bathroom light was not working * no option to control room temperature * all the shelf and almirah have tick dust all over

Stayed one night at The Stories. Positives are location & size of the rooms. Rest are very below average, specifically the condition of the rooms. Breakfast was in the room, okie type!

Pathetic staff. Uncleanness in passage. Geyser not working. TV Remote not working. I requested many times during my 3 days stay to either change the room or provide solution. They was unable to provide. Even room was available but they didn't changed and lied that bookings are full. Whereas Make My Trip room availability was showing. I will not recommend

All team members and service excellent

The room is not clean properly and they don't provide a breakfast buffet. TV is not working properly. Too much expensive but the room is not good
