Hotel owner behavior is very bad he said he don't have deluxe room so he ask me for extra 500 rupees to give me superior room. When i opposed it he said cancel your booking but it was non refundable. I didn't stay there will not recommend any one in future to go to that hotel again. Worst hotel and owner is too bad to talk and behave. Poor

Stay was ok. They were controlling exhaust, like this is the first time i have experienced this. Water supply was terrible, smelly water was coming from the tabs and when i had complained about it, the response was completely shocking. Rather than resolving the issue they were telling me that no other visitor had complained the same so there are no such issues. Overall it was not a pleasant stay, rooms were small, smelly water, service was just fine.

Clean rooms, good staff. The food was good too. Comfortable stay for two days. Its in the middle of the city.

It was a day stay i was with my 2 children. Everything was superb from food till room servicing except one thing that there was no proper ventilation. Rest all good

Very average hotel, service is slow. Only advantage is that, property located near railway station. No problem dining arrangement, breakfast serves after 8 am after 2-3 reminders.

Hotel luxuria has very comfortable and clean rooms for stay. The locality is good and the services provided do justice to the costs. Staff is very courteous and the food services at the hotel are good too. It's a good place to stay in civil lines.
