Not a family friendly hotel!!

Property had maintenance issue, also front desk had severe communication issue. I requested for SUV for drop off and was provided with Sedan. Room tiles were broken and hazardous. Despite raising the issue staff were not ready to change the room. Loud Music was going on until 11PM on very first day and they allocated us room right above where music was being played. I have a 3 and half year child and he could not sleep until late, because of it. Should not be rated as 5 star hotel!!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I would give this property 3 stars. The location is not convenient for guests without vehicles, and the entrance does not convey a five-star standard. The interiors were disappointing, the washroom drainage was poor, and the shower quality was below average. The vanity area floor was sticky and seemed poorly cleaned. The only highlight of my stay was the staff, who were polite, professional, and courteous.

The stay was ok. The room was without window. Though clean but the telephone was not working and i had difficulty in reaching out to reception. The toiletries were not sufficient, no hair drier in the room. Breakfast was good. Overall an average experience for me, if i look at radisson blu hotels.

If one wants to stay in a store room under the pretext of a staying in a 5 star then this is the place to go Pathetic ambience The linen was the dirtiest i have ever seen When the AC is running it makes so much noise that one cannot sleep

lot improvement needed in Television entertainment. Even 3 star hotel providing internet TV now a days . Television with limited channels where all HD channels are deactivated is disappointing . My suggestion is internet TV with Youtube is not so luxury thing in modern days
