They alloted room 516, which had many issues, asking for change they were rude and reluctant, then they shifted to room 514, better than previous. Breakfast was super and delicious, many items served.

Delay in check-in. Housekeeping services are very inadequate along with room service. The room ambience is not good.

Food quality needs to be improved. I ordered crispy veg which is quite poor in taste. Room bathroom was stinky.

Linens supplied on the first day of stay were in very bad condition it looks they haven’t changed from last 4-5 days. Even charged more price for supplying drinking water. The room is closed from all sides and there is no window for natural light etc

Room was not quite good but service was quite impressive and food was delicious over all its good…..

Waiting time while checking, no parking space and security denied to take responsibility, Door lock in room was not available was repaired after our check in. Water bottles provided of 500 ml only in rooms. Wash room was unclean. And hot water was provided after calling on reception. No one was available for housekeeping in early hours. Over all not value for money.

Room was spacious and food was also very good. The staff were very cooperative. Overall, the experience was good

Room had a very bad order because of the seepage and the wall had black fungus on it. Very unhygienic. Bathroom was very dirty. . Yellow stain everywhere, location is good services also file, but the mail in the room is very bad

On that day a party was going on in the same property. The music volume & bass were very high. I called reception Many times to slow down the music it's already 12:15 am. After multiple calls they replied we can shift your room from 3rd floor to the 5th floor. Around 1 am music slowed down. I will never book this place again.
