The room condition is bad as compared to what I saw in pictures before I booked Very thin wall Which I can hear someone talking outside and dirty washroom with less water and stinks The bedroom with full of somebody else hair Which is really disgusting I wished they'll improve all I mentioned Since I paid decent enough for a room

Very poor quality hotel I don't like it

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room quality was far below expectations, and the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my visit. The food was extremely poor, and what was provided did not match what was promised on the menu. If you are booking with the MAP (Meal Plan) service, be aware that the offerings are not as described and fall well short of acceptable standards. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

okay first of all when you book the hotel there is no contact number of the hotel display in the app. when you made your booking and paid the amount with a request for early check-in they will charge you extra money which should not be charged because you booked the hotel with already a request of early check-in. overall i did not find that hotel very good and i had already booked the hotel with breakfast and i had paid there so called extra charge for early check-in yet they refused my breakfast for that day saying your breakfast would be applicable from next day then why they had charge me extra.so unprofessional behaviour.

My experience was very bad and the staff here is very bad, they are zero in the name of profession and even their manager and he have zero in the name of profession and the food here was very bad, they serve third grade food andThere was no dressing table in the room and there was a window in the room which was not latched and mosquitoes were coming from there and biting me repeatedly, the washroom was not working, water was not draining from the wash basin in the washroom and the food they served was third grade food and after eating it I have got a problem in my stomach.

The hotel did not have power supply. We could not check in and we had to book another hotel in the night

pls don't recommend these type hotel on Make my trip.hotel service is very poor. Room is not neat and clean.power back up not available.

I have bad service their food quality was very poor cockroach in washroom i have never seen this kind of bad service in hotel house keeping staff, receptionist staff and food qwality was really bad. I am saying this review from bottom of my heart. One more thing their staff treated their guest selectively. That felling was really embarrassing for me.

no power back up and there was a power outage for 4 hours. make my trip simply told that we cant do anything regarding this.

Just now I checked out from this beautiful hotel. it was such a pleasurable stay. Every section was excellent starting from all staff behaviour cleaniness house keeping food and service. If I ever come again will definitely chosse my stay again here.

The staff behaviour is awesome, service was fast and polite, hotel manager is ready to solve your problems within seconds, budget friendly, I would suggest you to book this hotel. The towel, pillow and bedspread was also very neat and clean.

It was nice staying in this hotel, specially the Staff and hygiene of the rooms and hotel. I would recommend someone to stay for longer than a day.

Excellent hotel at a very nice location . All major attractions are very near by. Hotel staff is very polite . Rooms are very clean and specious. Breakfast was also very nice. Overall experience was awesome. Food was good. Provide dinner also.. if it's possible, then it will be much better for visitors
