Stay was okay but the bed Quality was not at all good. Not at all comfortable and making so much noise like; it was of low quality.

property was good, rooms were neat and clean but room size was small and without window in the room . .it feels claustrophobic as their is no natural light and view.

I stayed in this property for 2 nights from check in 23rd Jan. to ,25th Jan. 2025. I reserved an Economy room. The room was good, the washroom was clean, nice housekeeping staff, and good service. The food tasted superb. overall my stay was excellent. Thank you so much Team Karlton for my wonderful stay & services. I will definitely recommend this property to my near & dear.

the hotel is far from the main city,a few rooms,loud music through out the night,very poor room service

They cancel-led our booking when we were at the reception, and we showed them booking chart and everything, but they didn't acknowledge us we had to travel long hrs. To a different hotel at 11. 30 pm
