Everything about my stay was excellent—from the cleanliness to the hospitality. Just one small note: when I ordered food, I was initially informed the bill would be cleared at checkout. However, I was later asked to settle it immediately, as the check-in process was still being completed and they couldn’t link it to my room at that moment. It wasn’t a major issue, but being informed earlier would have helped avoid a bit of confusion

Terrible Stay

The property is well made, rather beautiful. But management and accountability is zero, we checked in at 5 pm, reached our room to find it dirty and used, they hadn't cleaned up. We went to the coffee shop to wait for the room to be done, no coffee as electricity went off, machine will not work, lifts stopped working, the hot water in the room was not there even on repeated requests, the mechanical ventilation in the toilet was just not working, we complained, they switched on some exhaust in the room, which had no start stop button, it was all on night, room was soo cold, on repeated complaints too the didn't bother to come and rectify the issue

Terrible Stay

Firstly, they took more than half an hour to get a luggage trolley. Secondly, i had ordered tea without any masala or elachi but only plain kadak tea but they got it with masala. Then they took 20 minutes to replace it and served it without cup. The cup came after 15 mins & by that time the tea had turned cold so i couldn’t drink it but they still charged for it. Thirdly, there was no electricity for half an hour. Fourthly, there were loud noises from the next room till 4 am. I contacted the reception but of no use. Then some how i managed the mobile number of the owner but again no action was taken. My family & me couldn’t sleep at all. Fifth, there was no hot water in washroom for shower. I was staying in room no 2010 but had to go to room no 2004 for a shower. Sixth, the breakfast served was pathetic. Seventh, again they took half an to get the luggage trolley at the time of checkout. It is a tastefully made property but unprofessionally managed.

Poor Stay

Hotel location was good, good restaurants are within 500 meters. I had stayed for 2 days, one day i took bath with cold water in 6 degree in winter. When i made complaint to reception, receptionist told me to check my room geyser, if i have switched on. Receptionist was not aware that there is no geyser in room. Before handing over room, soap container was not checked, it was empty. Overall inexperienced staff. Breakfast buffet was very limited. I believe this hotel would improve in future. At the moment i would rank bad.
