Shockingly, there was no window in room & for the first time I have ever stayed at room without window without any source of natural light . Food was good & restaurant service was upto mark.

I stayed for business purpose, and the overall experience was great. Staff was friendly and highly cooperative.

Stay was okay but the bed Quality was not at all good. Not at all comfortable and making so much noise like; it was of low quality.

I stayed in this property for 2 nights from check in 23rd Jan. to ,25th Jan. 2025. I reserved an Economy room. The room was good, the washroom was clean, nice housekeeping staff, and good service. The food tasted superb. overall my stay was excellent. Thank you so much Team Karlton for my wonderful stay & services. I will definitely recommend this property to my near & dear.

the hotel is far from the main city,a few rooms,loud music through out the night,very poor room service

Service is pathetic,loud music plays till 2-3 am ,u cannot sleep.Avoid staying here.Far from the city
