There was a glass above the door of the room and light was coming from there, I called the reception and told them to switch off the lights as I was facing problem and would not be able to sleep but they did not switch off the lights and I also told them that I do not want calls for breakfast in the morning but still I get calls for breakfast in the morning.

Overall a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and the property felt new. It’s located slightly outside the main city. Initially, there was wedding noise from the basement, but the staff quickly upgraded us to a better room, which was much appreciated. The food was also good. Staff was polite and helpful throughout.

I had a very pleasant stay, and I would especially like to commend the chef. The food was exceptionally well-prepared and truly delightful.

Everything seemed ok till everything turned fishy. Long story short, the checkout process is where everything turned out to be a fraud move by the Hotel. In hindsight I realised that this is not a family or a couple hotel... it’s ‘that’ type of hotel. During checkout thoe guys at reception made me wait. They wanted to check the room once before we left. Apparantly blood stains became a problem for them. The period blood on bedsheet turned out to be a problem for them. They said that I will have to pay for the chemical wash since it the guest pays for such an issue. They don’t even think before making an embarrasing comment. They charged me ₹200” extra. It’s a fraud scheme run by them since they know that mostly young couples, prost.. people come to their hotel. Beware guys!

Good experience I was come from long travel and was not well . But there I feel good after rest and take my flight 🙂

The hotel is situated well in the city and has a good location which is easy to approach . Rooms are well equipped with facilities. The staff is very polite and customer centric. Thanks to MMT for suggesting and offering discount also.
