I spent a great time. Food, location and facilities were excellent. This property is worth recommending to others. Room tariff is also adequate. I prefer staying there while visiting the ludhiana.

Un-polite staff. They just entered my room without even knocking. The breakfast was supposed to start on 8 AM but didn't start until 8:25AM and even then only 3 items were put on(bread pakoda, sewaiya and fruits) and the audacity of the staff was that "ye khao aur kyu chaahiye". Really and unpleasant stay.

Little costly but we understand the cost as there was petrol pump outside hotel so it was easy for us…Rooms were big and clean..

The hotel staff completely lacks empathy, the rooms were okayish, not smelling good and bit cramped. Also they charged a bomb for the baby food when the hotels usually don't do that. Especially after paying a full day charge and staying only for 2.5 hours in the hotel.

Good location , Decent Breakfast spread and good service with efficient and polite people , The rooms are big but washroom needs to be improved , bathroom fittings were broken in our room , Wi-Fi signals were a little weak

Sir don't post fake reviews. The real issue is we're not allows your guest late night because when you filling the form there is already mentioned that no visitor allowed after 9pm but still we allows your guest till 11 pm after that we tell your guest to leave then you misbehave with our staff and told you put a review which you already did. So please remove this fake review.

An average experience

I would consider it as an average rating due to the food quality and taste. the hotel rooms and service are good the food I ordered at dinner was without taste and the breakfast had very limited options - the poha had a taste of haldi only, the uppum was only a south Indian dish but that was also raw taste and sambhar not available. the paratha was the only good and that's why I consider average. one more thing is the city view I prefer and had selected during online booking but got back side wort view.
