Hotel was not hotel used condom and a ton of dirt under the bed washroom doesn't have normal water only hot water. Used sainty napkin in the washroom and stinking alot.

They changed extra 32 rs for 1 litre water bottle.

Very bad behaviour of staff Tea was not hot Parantha was cold I asked for parantha with no chilly but brought with CHILLY. Staff was ARROGANT and behaved very RUDELY. Room was not clean. Waste in the room and washroom.

The very first point is. They showed us that their hotel is just 7. 2km away from where we wanted to go. But the actual km was 20km. And this point is enough for me to cancel my reservation in their hotel. My 2nd point is about the room service. All the four days they made us wait at least 30-40min for the breakfast. They don't clean the room properly. For me and colleagues the total experience was very bad.

Hotel room was good but as per the included amenities in make my trip app through which the booking is done water bottle was not complimentry as shown during booking it was paid service and the room which i booked have reading table and easy chairs as per the hotel but they were missing from the room. No curtains were there in the bathroom as the window was city facing
