Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Ludhiana

I’ve always had a good experience with Lemon Tree, especially at their Gurgaon property where the service and staff were exceptional. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Ludhiana Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Ludhiana was quite the opposite. The staff seemed disinterested and behaved more like they were doing guests a favor, rather than offering hospitality. It lacked the warmth and professionalism I’ve come to associate with the brand. I hope the management takes note and works on staff training to bring this property up to the standard expected from Lemon Tree.

I had a wonderfull stay at Keys by Lemon tree Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Ludhiana ludhiana the staff was helpfull and courteous Pankaj, Keshav and Mr. Sanjiv the Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Ludhiana GM was very courteous and helpfull

Staff is good , services are good. Location is bit on out but still near malls. Tarunpreet kaur was excellent from housekeeping team. Reception team was nice too. Thankyou all for best 15 days stay.
