property is at peaceful are with parking facility and rooms are pretty good, recently renovated property. food and service both are great.

Worst service, unclean rooms, not appropriate staff, only a security guard and one juvenile kids was there to assist

it was worst expierence at the hotel They gave us white blanket with black patches. n all walls of room were damaged totally roof also toilet seat was not good..

Breakfast was limited n bad quality

Food was not tasty. And reception was too delayed. Even didn't not pick call

The service was pathetic, I had booked with complementary breakfast but buffet was not available. The room service staff is non responsive. They gave menu for ordering but 80% of the items are not available. Worst experience.

Not a hotel is a marriage hall no sound proof hall up to 1:30 full sound in rooms and people shouting around the room. Room also not cleaned. Bad experience

Nice location, good staff but room pictures are shown far better than original rooms i also booked room after watching images, but when i visited it was all different

In the royal casa hotel, no avaliable all facilities in mension on make my trip all room are not clean not provide room key also break all glass and all all room light not working not avaliable tv remote all services very bad

Very bad service and staff behaviour not good even not gave bill and facilities were not up to the standard i expected

I have stayed for a night. My overall experience at the hotel was great. I have order dinner from hotel and it was delicious. Hotel ambience is great, rooms and bathroom are spacious. Location is also good. I recommend stay at hotel.

It's good stay

No service. Room bad quality with termite in doors. Torn bed sheet, very small bath area jet not working, not seen this anywhere. No tv remote in room, delayed service, given bath towels . Only one tea bag for twin occupancy. In the night service boys sleep in hotel rooms

The stay was average, the furniture felt a bit old. Service was decent. Not felt value for money. There were no tissues/ towels in the room or other proper toiletries. There is scope for improvement.

Service was amazing 👌& hotel place was amazing

Its a bad quality hotel with dirty rooms and ill-mannered staffs. No restaurant. It shouldn't be rated at 3*.
