Excellent, my self enjoy the stay, food is good and healthy. Hotel staff and service is very good,

Rooms are not maintained and doors too are jammed. Hot water not coming properly, ac was too hot, not much good breakfast options

Worst hotel to stay. No cleanliness at all. Service is even more worst. The front desk is good for nothing. The one at restaurant is terrible.

Ambience is good. Food is good but costly. One thing that i would like to mention that service is very poor. Initially door of my room was not locking so had to shift room. In the new shifted room tv was not working and it took at least 3-4 calls for them to attend this issue. Finally room was once again shifted. On top of that reception takes lots of time to revert.

I would suggest please check before the booking if you go with complementary food because they provide only veg thali with mashroom sabji and when i talked on this they strictly denied.

Stayed here for a day. Rooms were spike and spank y especially the bathroom. Nice service. Food was tasty but expensive

No wifi there which cause trouble in official works. Not recommend for corporate employees. Issue in air conditioning.

Best hotel to stay in ludhiana. Hotel is 5 star level very neat and clean one should experience this hotel.

They don't care about there guest mini bar is empty, no towel was there and extra bed is totally damaged, even they don't provide wifi, and there room service phone is not working, if you need anything go to the front desk and ask them to what you need they charged almost 5300 but very embarrassed with there service not recommended for anyone

Average stay experience rooms can be better cleaned, bed sheets not changed looks dirty and used. Roo. Service can be improved
