Lack of hospitality, no proper food breakfast was complimentary but was not given experience was very bad

Don't look at low price. The property owner the end of the day you have to pay the double the amount of your booking. So be careful other wise you will loose your money and they will not allow you to check in.

Took extra money at time on check in other booking are also from whom he asked extra money. Paid extra money not given any invoice also room was pathetic and disaster never take this as option make my trip will not support if he ask for extra money this is also fraud

I was there for 2 days with my mother as we missed our train and were waiting for another one. Good:the staffs were polite. However, the waiter ( a young boy) entered my room without knocking the door but that's okay for me, just educate him about this so that he don't repeat this in future. The price was decent. I payed around for a day. Cons:they provided us a room at 4th floor knowing that i am with my old age mother and there was no lift in the building. There was a power cut for approx 2 hrs in the afternoon, they started a generator but the ac stopped working during these hours, i felt suffocated as there were no windows within the room to get fresh air. The wifi was not working at all, their staff said that the router needs a repair. The telephone was dead, now imagine if you need to communicate to someone at reception, you will have to use stair to go down at ground floor and then again climb back to 4th floor using stairs. Even though, staffs were polite but when i requested to checkout at 12 pm instead of 11am, they denied and asked to pay for a complete day if we need an extension of an hour. I don't blame them for this as it is business, but still their rooms were empty and they could have easily provided us with this option. So, no cooperation staff i would say.

Hotel manager and staff was very cooperative and humble. Service is very good. Food quality is very nice. Location is also good near Ghanta Ghar where you can take auto and Uber ride easily.

Location is good, safety is good, but bachelor person enjoyment service not providing.

Cleanliness, calm place with good amenities

Hotelier offered given a tiny room a bed for 2 people. Washroom was horrible where in cannot move while having bath. Area wise peaceful, business locality a good communication. Terrible experience. Uncleaned room. To climb up to 3rd floor, one has to fight out stringently. No lift, stairs are like spiral stairs. Room service is zero. They start serving tea at 8 Am in the morning and prior to that if any one ask for water no service. Its a horrible experience. MakeMyTrip should never recommend Hotel. Please do not show this Hotel in your list.

Hotel is little difficult to find as it is not on a road. Everything else is ok. Indoor food facility is also there which is a good thing.
