I was there for 2 days with my mother as we missed our train and were waiting for another one. Good:the staffs were polite. However, the waiter ( a young boy) entered my room without knocking the door but that's okay for me, just educate him about this so that he don't repeat this in future. The price was decent. I payed around for a day. Cons:they provided us a room at 4th floor knowing that i am with my old age mother and there was no lift in the building. There was a power cut for approx 2 hrs in the afternoon, they started a generator but the ac stopped working during these hours, i felt suffocated as there were no windows within the room to get fresh air. The wifi was not working at all, their staff said that the router needs a repair. The telephone was dead, now imagine if you need to communicate to someone at reception, you will have to use stair to go down at ground floor and then again climb back to 4th floor using stairs. Even though, staffs were polite but when i requested to checkout at 12 pm instead of 11am, they denied and asked to pay for a complete day if we need an extension of an hour. I don't blame them for this as it is business, but still their rooms were empty and they could have easily provided us with this option. So, no cooperation staff i would say.
