Worst hotel cockroaches in the room and the guy in the reception kept calling to vacate the room guys don’t stay here

I had worst experience at this hotel , rooms were not clean and even washrooms were never cleaned in last 15-20 days . While check in they showed me 02 rooms, and both were dirty and even bed sheets were not changed of these rooms . In third room I found clean linen, but washroom was dirty and used by someone else , I asked them to clean the washroom, they told me that there is no housekeeping person in the hotel . I wait for 1 hour approx. and then raised the issue and after 15-20 mins of call they get ready to clean the washroom . I had booked Premium room and as per my experience , this is pathetic hotel and ratings shown are not correct , if you want to listen “NO” for everything ( No for Iron , sleepers , cleaning etc.) then you can stay here .  

Room was too dirty , insects on bed , bad smell , and light broken , so many issue ,

location is good. TV channels are never subscribed. So if you plan have a habit of watching TV, good luck Toiletries are basic even in premium rooms . No liquid soap or shampoo.

Worst....the amount hotel charged is not worthy...the rooms are like 200rs a day

Location was good but the rooms were not clean, no professional staff, no hot water, only 2 items for breakfast... hotel had only some 10% occupancy.

Room was not clean & hygienic, inspects were roaming on bed, food was not good. Basic amenities were missing in bathroom...

Bedshit and pillowcover was not so clean.bathtowel also not clean.room was so stinkiy.no bellboy for taking laguage.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service

Kitchen was closed at 10pm so no food was served . Room was very bad no toiletries was there ,

At the time I booked a room I added breakfast ,but when I went for breakfast they served some optional items in the breakfast menu , I told him I needed a cold coffee he told you should pay for charges for cold coffee , If you mentioned in breakfast beverages why we need to pay extra charges?

PERFECT STAY. EASY TO FIND HOTEL AS IT IS ON MAIN ROAD. CLEANING AND HYGIENEN MAINTENANCE IS VERY GOOD. STAFF BEHAVIOR IS ALSO GOOD.

I have booked a deluxe room and horrible experience. visible dirt/dust, stains, pest infestations, and unhygienic bathroom, rude staff, malfunctioning rooms - unable to switch off lights and a general lack of basic amenities. Doesn't deserve a single star. already did

The room shown and selected by me was not given. When I checked the booking, I found that the room booking was for standard room, which I had not selected, and accordingly room was given. There was no shower gel (soap was given), and no moisturiser. When asked, hotel said we don’t provide. White towels were turned grey and were looking as washed improperly. Same was with bed sheets. I don’t recommend this hotel for family stay.

food quality is very bad. Their reception team is not professional to handle guests. They couldn't provide tax invoice and food supportings.

Very disappointed, I booked 5 adult with 2 rooms, but our one person not came so I want my refund of my one person but I not getting and not given any response from your side
